2. In all caps, write the topic you’d like to collaborate about, e.g., THE 2008 FINANCIAL CRISIS, TRUMAN CAPOTE, NOTEBOOKS.

3. Include your Substack URL.

4. Look for someone whose topic interests you and connect.
